This type of rubber hose is applied to vehicle air brake system.
The application includes the flexible connection between frame and
axle, tractor and trailer and between trailers, as well as
unprotected air circuit with air pressure coming to 1.0MPa when the
air circuit is possibly to be dragged or bumped. It is forbidden to
use this type of hose when the temperature inside and outside hose
falls outside the range -40℃~100℃.

Technical parameters:
Anti-ozone aging:in the standard test chamber, concentration: 50+/-5pphm; temperature: 40+/-2℃; testing period: 144t; without crack.
Heat-proof aging: in the standard aging chamber, temperature: 100+/-1℃; testing period: 72t; tensile change: not more than -25%; tensile
stretch: not more than -30%.
Physical properties: tensile stretch of inner and outer rubber layer: ≥300%; there will be no tension fracture on the hose body through
1442N tension test.
Low temperature resistance: under the conditions of -40+/-2 ℃ for 72t, there will be no craze crack or fracture after a 180° bend around the ￠100mm circular shaft.
Structure: 1. Inner layer of hose: Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer Rubber (EPDM);
2. Protective layer of hose: EPDM;
3. Intermediate reinforced layer: polyester fiber spiral line.
