This type of rubber hose is applied to industry, construction and agriculture for conveyance of 60℃ water, e.g. flower and grass watering in the outdoor garden;
excellent brass joints are set at both ends; in contrast to PVC
pipe (PVS pipe will harden at the temperature of 0℃), the
temperature resistance range of rubber hose is wider. Particularly
when the temperature falls inside the range 0~-30℃, the rubber hose
will be still supple.

Technical parameters:
Anti-ozone aging: in the standard test chamber, concentration: 50+/-5pphm; temperature: 40+/-2℃; testing period: 72t; without
crack.
Heat-proof aging: in the standard aging chamber, temperature: 70+/-1℃; testing
period: 72t; tensile change: not more than -20%; tensile stretch:
not more than -40%.
Physical properties: the flexibility of hose is sound under -30+/-2for 5t; without craze crack or fracture after 180° bending
over or doubling.
Structure: 1.Inner layer of hose: styrene butadiene rubber (SBR);
2. Protective layer of common hose: blends of styrene butadiene rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene mischpolymere rubber (SBR&EPDM);
3. Intermediate reinforced layer: polyester fiber spiral line.
Appearance: mill finish, black, red and yellow etc.

Joint connection: 1. BSPT hexagonal high brass threaded joints of British system at
both ends; one end is fitted with internal threads (with a rubber
sealing gasket); the other end is fitted with external threads; the
joint is connected to hose by a brass cap.
2. 1/2” water hose is matched with British system BSPT 1/2”
threaded joint; 5/8” and 3/4” water hoses are matched with British
system BSPT3/4” threaded joints.
