This is a type of high tension voltage withstanding and high
insulation multipurpose rubber hose. It is characterized by high
aging resistant performance, weather resistance, and heat and
dilute acid-base resistance. It is suitable for the places with
high tension voltage.

stretch: not more than -40%.
Physical properties: tensile strength of inner rubber layer: ≥6.0MPa; tensile stretch of inner and outer rubber layer ≥300%; the
flexibility of hose is sound under -30+/-2℃ for 5t; without craze crack or fracture after 180°bending over or doubling.
Range of use: as an ideal substitute for the imported rubber hose, it is applied
to special occasions requiring high voltage withstand. It can be
used for circulation of hot water, hot air or other inert gases. It
is now widely applied to the thermal induction furnace equipment in
the metallurgy industry.
Structure: 1. Inner layer of hose: blends of styrene butadiene rubber and
ethylene-propylene-diene mischpolymere rubber (SBR&EPDM);
2. Protective layer of hose: blends of styrene butadiene rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene
mischpolymere rubber (SBR&EPDM);
3. Intermediate reinforced layer: two layers of reinforced
polyester fiber spiral line.

Applicable temperature: -30 to 100 ℃
Bend radius: 8 times of proper diameter dimension
